• Worked on the Emirates Digital Wallet Product – UAE’s digital cash platform, aimed at reducing the use of cash in UAE and supporting UAE government towards digital transformation.
• Reviewed and negotiated documents in connection the UAE Trade Connect – a trade finance platform to address the risk of double invoice financing and fraud across UAE.
• Legally reviewed the documentation towards launching Quick Remit Services, the exclusive remittance service for Mashreqbank psc customers by the Bank and expansion of the same in 35 countries.
• Extensive experience of advising on acquiring and issuing processing business.
• Advised a leading regional school in connection with a Software License Agreement.
