Aya is a Paralegal at OH LLP with experience supporting both in the UAE and in the UK. 

Ms. Giahmi supports lawyers on a wide range of corporate work by gathering research and analysing information, preparing legal summaries, coordinating with relevant authorities, and assisting with contract drafting and corporate structuring matters.

Aya has experience in property and real estate, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease enforcement, and possession claims, having previously supported litigation teams on contentious property matters.

Aya holds an LLB from City, University of London, where she graduated with Upper Second-Class Honours.

Prior to joining OH LLP, Aya gained experience in corporate structuring and transactional work at leading regional and international firms, where she assisted with company formations, restructurings, and legal research across UK and UAE legal frameworks.
