Experience
- Acted for a logistic company for the acquisition of 25% of the share in a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia joint venture.
- We regularly assist clients on the establishment of companies, both onshore and in several free zones in the UAE.
- Assist a government oil entity with respect to a major corporate restructuring, including companies in the UAE, within GCC and other jurisdictions.
- Advised and assisted on the incorporation of Semanoor Holding SPV Limited in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
- Assist and provide several companies with legal advice in relation to different corporate and commercial matters.
- Regularly assist Alzarooni Emirates Investments LLC in their day-to-day general legal issues on an ongoing basis
- Our team has also assisted a Saudi client with the negotiation of a Joint Venture for a unique cars club.
- We have also experience in advising clients from different jurisdictions, including some financial entities listed on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
