Akshaya is a qualified legal professional, enrolled in the Bar Council of India.

She possesses experience in litigation management, business planning, advisory, contract drafting, and legal due diligence. At OH LLP, she supports the senior lawyers that provide advice in relation to market entry, restructuring, JVs, agencies, employment, acquisitions, capital markets, regulatory and compliance matters, among others.

She is also well-versed in conducting research.

Akshaya is currently pursuing her master’s in international Commercial Law from University of Birmingham, Dubai.
