Aarshi Mahajan is a Corporate Paralegal and the Office Manager reporting directly to the Founding Partner.

Aarshi has a broad range of experience working with a range of governmental authorities and liaising with such authorities to find creative solutions for the needs of clients.

Aarshi’ s experience includes:

Dealing with various government bodies, free zones and notaries inside the UAE; Liaising with governmental authorities in respect of unique client requirements and assisting authorities with formulating solutions to client enquiries; Reviewing constitutional documents to ensure matters are handled according to the relevant rules, regulations and laws; Prepare documents required for various commercial and corporate transactions including those required for establishments, registration and renewal of companies; Advising and establishing onshore, free zones and offshore companies and preparing the necessary documentation required under different governing regulations; Advising on and assisting with change of name, directors, general manager, activities and share transfers and registration of companies.
